Teacher's Perception of the Profile of Pancasila Students in Elementary School

The independent curriculum is the currently used which emphasizes profile of Pancasila as a long-term goal. This research qualitative with phenomenology type. study aims to describe how teachers view students in elementary schools. Data collection techniques this observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews 19 school at an South Sumatra. dimensions faith piety God Almighty are carried out by shaping attitudes inside outside learning. dimension global diversity, learning/activities that recognize various cultures, well preserving respecting diversity for students. Independence dimension, created enable manage themselves, be confident responsible. mutual cooperation, teach attitude caring, cooperation. critical reasoning, able distinguish fact from diction or opinion, detect existing problems, not take theories/opinions granted. creative allow create works can bring up new ideas stealing other people's work.
